Deine Aufgaben
Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner im Bereich IT und unterstützt bei der Bereitstellung, dem Betrieb und der Wartung unserer IT-Infrastruktur. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:- Installation, Betrieb und Wartung der Server sowie der Arbeitsplatz-PCs und übriger Hardware
- Installation, Betrieb und Wartung sämtlicher Netzwerkprogramme, Unterstützung bei der Installation arbeitsplatzbezogener Software
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung der Netzwerksicherheit und Gewährleistung des Schutzes vor unbefugten Zugriffen
- Überwachung des IT-Bestandes (Hard- und Software)
- First-Level-Support für Mitarbeiter
- Ansprechpartner für externe IT-Dienstleister
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen bzgl. Performance, Kosten und KI sowie Verbesserungsvorschlägen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Leitung
Dein Profil
- Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder kaufmännisch/technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Systemen
- Umfangreiche (Administrator-) Kenntnisse der eingesetzten Software (insbesondere MS Windows, MS Office sowie idealerweise FactWork, Phoenix) sowie in der Netzwerkadministration (Microsoft, Linux, VMware etc.)
- Proaktive und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise
- Kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
