As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Assessing patients to determine their care needs.
  • Completing initial and ongoing patient assessments.
  • Protecting patient and staff privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Providing nursing care according to the plan of care and physician orders.
  • Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the care team.
  • Educating patients and families on their care and safety.
  • Taking appropriate action when patient conditions change.
  • Helping ensure quality, safe, and continuous patient care.

What is Required?

  • Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
