About this role

Role Summary
Own and scale ekincare’s Affinity Partnerships business, by building bundled health & wellness offerings with BFSI (insurers, NBFCs, banks) and consumer brands.
This role focuses on high-touch partnership development and farming, driving recurring revenue through embedded benefits, subscriptions, and bundled offerings.


Top Outcomes (first 6 months)
• Launch new BFSI / affinity partnerships
• Drive recurring revenue (MRR) through bundled offerings
• Build and grow top affinity accounts with high wallet share
• Achieve strong renewals and account expansion
• Establish scalable affinity GTM and farming playbooks


What You’ll Do (KRAs)
• Build and execute GTM for affinity partnerships (BFSI + non-BFSI)
• Identify and close partnerships with:
o Insurers, NBFCs, banks
o Consumer brands, marketplaces, loyalty platforms
• Design bundled offerings (OPD, wellness, subscriptions)
• Structure commercial models (bundles, revenue share, subscription)
• Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle (pitch → negotiation → closure → launch)
• Own account management & farming for key partners
• Drive renewals, upsell, and wallet share expansion
• Collaborate with Product/Ops for partner-specific solutions and SLAs
• Build strong partner relationships across business and CXO levels
• Maintain strong pipeline and revenue predictability


Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in:
      o Partnerships / Business Development
      o BFSI / Consumer / Platform ecosystems
• Strong experience in:
      o Affinity partnerships (must-have)
      o Bundling products/services with insurance, loans, or consumer offerings
      o Managing high-touch enterprise relationships
• Proven ability to:
      o Drive recurring revenue through partnerships
      o Structure commercial deals and long-term contracts
• Strong skills in:
      o Stakeholder management
      o Negotiation & deal-making
      o Account farming & growth
