Purpose of the Job:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, assigning tasks, and overseeing hourly employees to meet production requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This role ensures operational efficiency, promotes team motivation, and drives continuous improvement.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

Manage staff to ensure productivity and alignment with client satisfaction goals.
Adapt quickly and make decisions to adjust plans/schedules to meet customer requirements.
Participate in and lead initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and Kaizen events.
Demonstrate strong leadership and employee motivational skills.
Handle HR-related issues, including employee reviews and record-keeping.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise production staff and group leaders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred.
1-3 years of production experience, with a preference for candidates with prior supervisory or lead roles.
Proficiency in SAP for systems and reporting.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications for tools and presentations.
Understanding of work standards and production processes.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build positive relationships and foster team collaboration.
Aptitude for defining problems, gathering data, and making logical conclusions.
