Job Description:

Responsible for managing new accounts and existing specified by EIS.


Duties & Responsibilities: Answering calls via ring central, quoting materials requested by the customers, entering orders into SAP, tracking them until delivery; providing post-sales follow-up to gain business with these clients.


Qualifications: Microsoft office, English required, excellent communication skills with clients, customer service and responsiveness to client requests, import/export knowledge, emotional intelligence, experience in similar roles.
