About this role
Scholars International Language School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate an Early Years Homeroom Teacher who is committed to fostering a love for learning among our youngest learners while creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe, assess and support each child's learning and development.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive partnerships with parents and carers to support children's progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality early years provision.
- Participate in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Promote children's personal, social and emotional development, independence and positive behaviour.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching qualification is prefered.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching in school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years educational practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, engaging them in learning.
- Dedication to creating an inclusive environment that fosters the diverse needs of all learners.
