Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop, initiate, and guide Arabic language units—aligning them with relevant national.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance regularly through quizzes, essays, and oral presentations; track progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment that sets high expectations for behavior and academic success.
- Cultural Immersion: Promote cultural understanding alongside linguistic skills, helping students appreciate the historical and cultural significance of the Arabic language.
- Stakeholder Communication: Hold regular meetings or send progress reports to keep parents informed of their child's linguistic growth and address any concerns.
Core Requirements
- Language Proficiency:
- Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field, often accompanied by a formal teaching license.
- Pedagogical Skills: Proven experience using modern language acquisition methodologies (such as teaching Arabic as a foreign language or native curriculum)
