Program Coordinator
About this role
Starte deine Karriere als Program Coordinator in unserem internationalen Hub-Office in Zürich und werde ab Oktober 2026 Teil unseres Teams (Arbeitszeiten Dienstag bis Samstag).

- Proaktiver Verkauf und Beratung unserer Sprach- und Austauschprogramme im Ausland – telefonisch, online und persönlich
- Aktives Management des CRM zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele - wöchentlich, monatlich, jährlich
- Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs-, Marketing- und Kundenbindungsaktivitäten wie Beratungen, Events, Messen, Schulbesuche und mehr
- Je nach Career Ladder Stufe, Übernahme von Projekten im Bereich Verkauf, Marketing, Customer Success und Leadership (bspw. Mentoring)
- Ambitionierte und kompetitive Persönlichkeit mit einer Macher Mentalität.
- Problemlösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Relevante Berufserfahrung: Verkauf, Kundenbetreuung, Reisebranche etc.
- Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH/HF) oder Quereinsteiger*in relevanter Berufserfahrung.
- Auslandserfahrung wie Sprachreise, Kulturaustausch, Arbeit im Ausland etc.
