Job Descriptions:
The Growth & Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to position EF EFEKTA as the leading English learning provider for adults. This role drives brand growth, customer acquisition, market leadership, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation through integrated online and offline marketing activation & partnership with institution, brand, and communities.
Responsibilites:
1. Activation Activities
Lead and develop the Offline & Online Activation team.
Plan and execute activation programs in malls, offices, universities, community events and webinar with brand/ KOL.
Ensure activation targets and ROI are achieved.
Lead project and timeline management, able to supervise the short and long team game play on the activation offline marketing plan, including manage the sustainability of the plan.
2. Partnership Development
Build strategic partnerships with universities, government institutions, corporate companies, brands, and communities
Create co-marketing campaigns; product barter, brand placement, sponsorship for maximizing student acquisition opportunities and brand awareness.
Identify partnership opportunities for expansion into new cities.
3. Performance Management
Develop and execute integrated offline and online activation strategies to generate qualified leads through strategic partnerships, collaborative events, joint promotions, product barter initiatives, and other acquisition channels.
Develop and oversee all activation and partnership align with the brand-communication, marketing strategy, and campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing ROI reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of activation efforts
Manage the activation budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Identify and explore new partnership opportunities that drive student acquisition and strengthen brand awareness.
Optimize lead conversion from activation activities into student enrollments by continuously evaluating campaign performance and improving activation effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the Telemarketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, lead quality, and conversion performance.
Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials to support brand initiatives.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
Create and supervise merchandising, ensuring effective stock, placement and execution.
Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for both internal management and external partners
4. CSR & Public Relations
Initiate CSR programs aligned with EF EFEKTA's brand values.
Organize educational events that strengthen public relations and brand awareness.
Build relationships with media and local stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum years in Marketing, Business Development, Partnership, or Activation.
Experience leading a team.
Strong networking skills with universities, government, brand, and corporate partners.
Experienced in event marketing and offline activation.
Proven track record as an accomplished sales or partnerships leader
Commercial mindset with strong ownership of revenue targets.
Data-driven and able to measure marketing ROI.
Capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record as an accomplished sales or partnerships leader
Proficient in Microsoft Office
