Responsibilities:

  • Support prospective undergraduate students from the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean throughout the application and enrollment process.
  • Assist candidates with application next steps, including collecting documents, scheduling interviews or advising calls, and following up in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help students and families understand Hult’s Bachelor’s programs, global campus options in Boston, London, and Dubai, and the overall student experience.
  • Support Enrollment Advisors by helping maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospective students.
  • Follow up with candidates after key moments in the process, including application submission, acceptance, scholarship review, events, and enrollment deadlines.
  • Research high school fairs, college fairs, and student recruitment opportunities to support fall and spring travel planning for the Enrollment Advisor team.
  • Communicate with students and families through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other approved channels to provide guidance and answer general questions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in Salesforce or other internal systems.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect easily with students and families from different cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is preferred.
  • Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding each candidate’s goals, needs, and motivations.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to provide a supportive and positive experience for students and families.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Team-oriented and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Ambitious, target-oriented, and motivated by results.
  • Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, admissions, education, or B2C environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Company at a glance

Founded in 1965 in Sweden, EF (Education First) is a global association of education companies that share a common mission of opening the world through education.

Some companies are in the business of banking. Others are in the business of shoes. Or sports. Or soft drinks. At EF, we're in a different kind of business. One that's a little less tangible, and a lot more important. Because our business, what we make, makes everything else possible. We're in the business of understanding. Between people. Between cultures.

For over half a century we’ve been the leader in international educational programs and experiences designed to foster such understanding. Through language, cultural exchange, academic studies, and educational travel, we create the kinds of immersive experiences that challenge biases, open minds, and pave the way for a more understanding world.

You’ll find our offices and schools located in some of the world’s greatest cities, and filled with smart, driven people (over 50,000 of us) who push each other to be better every day. But it’s what we do together - building greater understanding, breaking down barriers, and creating a better world - that makes all the difference.
