About this role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Product Head to join our high-energy sales team based in Boston, Massachusetts.

We’re transforming how we recruit Masters and MBA degree candidates across the U.S. and Canada — This role will lead the rebuilding of our outreach engine — structuring pipeline generation, managing a high-performance sales team, and driving enrollment growth.

You will own the Masters and MBA pipeline — from first contact to enrollment — bringing structure to outreach, managing scholarship strategy, and personally influencing key candidates to join Hult

We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong focus on results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Team Management

  • Own the enrollment targets for Masters and MBA programs across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Lead a team of Enrollment Advisors, Coordinators and Converters from our Boston HQ.
  • Set clear KPIs and coaching rhythms to drive daily execution and long-term growth.
  • Build a high-energy, high-ownership culture focused on excellence.
  • Manage the scholarship strategy to accelerate decision-making and conversion.
  • Lead notification calls with accepted candidates and drive the individualized closing strategy.

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) tactics

  • Design and refine outbound messaging and outreach sequences for the team.
  • Use LinkedIn, AI-assisted tools and digital channels to engage candidates.
  • Create fast, authentic engagement loops that move prospects from cold to committed—via video, phone, or in-person 121s.
  • Own all core GTM channels: phone outreach (voice and messaging)events, digital outreach, brochure mailouts and alumni referrals.

3. Market development

  • Manage the team calendar, ensuring a high volume of in-person events, educational fairs, and 1-to-1 meetings, are organized in the region.
  • Identify trends and patterns in candidate behavior to optimize outreach efforts and generate referrals.
  •

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience in sales leadership or management, with a track record of managing successful, high-performance sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn and other professional social platforms, as a channel to organize phone or in-person meetings.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional presence.
  • Customer-focused, with a high level of curiosity and a talent for understanding and addressing candidate needs through active listening.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.
  • Goal-oriented and resilient; eager to exceed sales targets—“Nothing is impossible” mindset.
  • Adaptable and open to learning from feedback.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Company at a glance

Founded in 1965 in Sweden, EF (Education First) is a global association of education companies that share a common mission of opening the world through education.

Some companies are in the business of banking. Others are in the business of shoes. Or sports. Or soft drinks. At EF, we're in a different kind of business. One that's a little less tangible, and a lot more important. Because our business, what we make, makes everything else possible. We're in the business of understanding. Between people. Between cultures.

For over half a century we’ve been the leader in international educational programs and experiences designed to foster such understanding. Through language, cultural exchange, academic studies, and educational travel, we create the kinds of immersive experiences that challenge biases, open minds, and pave the way for a more understanding world.

You’ll find our offices and schools located in some of the world’s greatest cities, and filled with smart, driven people (over 50,000 of us) who push each other to be better every day. But it’s what we do together - building greater understanding, breaking down barriers, and creating a better world - that makes all the difference.
