- Collaborate with our meeting leaders and central marketing team to grow program visibility and engagement
- Strengthen long-term social media presence in partnership with brand ambassadors
- Plan and execute local promotional events that inspire young people to embark on the au pair journey.
- Develop and implement a long-term B2B strategy to expand Cultural Care’s presence in Italy.
- Conduct consultative sales calls with schools and institutions, offering tailored support and building lasting relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a marketing or business degree is a plus
- Experience managing social media accounts and building a strong online presence
- Confident public speaker with experience delivering engaging presentations to promote a brand or program
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Experience living abroad for at least one year, demonstrating adaptability and cross-cultural understanding
- Passionate about sales, with experience in both phone and in-person sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication and exceptional presentation skills
- A proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently and meeting ambitious targets and deadlines
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a nothing-is-impossible attitude
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Company at a glance
Founded in 1965 in Sweden, EF (Education First) is a global association of education companies that share a common mission of opening the world through education.
Some companies are in the business of banking. Others are in the business of shoes. Or sports. Or soft drinks. At EF, we're in a different kind of business. One that's a little less tangible, and a lot more important. Because our business, what we make, makes everything else possible. We're in the business of understanding. Between people. Between cultures.
For over half a century we’ve been the leader in international educational programs and experiences designed to foster such understanding. Through language, cultural exchange, academic studies, and educational travel, we create the kinds of immersive experiences that challenge biases, open minds, and pave the way for a more understanding world.
You’ll find our offices and schools located in some of the world’s greatest cities, and filled with smart, driven people (over 50,000 of us) who push each other to be better every day. But it’s what we do together - building greater understanding, breaking down barriers, and creating a better world - that makes all the difference.
