About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform rough and finish carpentry work on commercial job sites

  • Build and install framing, blocking, doors, hardware, and structural components

  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

  • Coordinate work with project managers and other trades

  • Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety regulations

  • Complete work within project timelines

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

  • Experience with framing, layout, and finish carpentry

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and overhead work

  • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • Day shift

  • Overtime may be required based on project demands
