About this role
Key Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry work on commercial job sites
Build and install framing, blocking, doors, hardware, and structural components
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Coordinate work with project managers and other trades
Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety regulations
Complete work within project timelines
Qualifications
2+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Experience with framing, layout, and finish carpentry
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and overhead work
Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
Day shift
Overtime may be required based on project demands
