担当業務
クリニカルエキスパートは、顧客から信頼されるEdwards Clinicalとして、TAVI治療の質を支えるべく、持続的なプラクティスの真価をけん引する存在として、地域クリニカル戦略の核を担います。
地域・施設・症例から得られる知見をもとに、TAVI領域における担当施設及び所属地域におけるクリニカル戦略を立案・実行・推進する
臨床エビデンス、ガイドライン、競合動向を分析し、フィールド活動に活用できるクリニカルメッセージを構築する
新製品・新適応の上市および地域実装に向け、臨床・現場視点から関係部門と連携しながら推進する
Edwards Clinicalとしての臨床判断基準を整備し、顧客および社内関係者へ一貫した判断軸を示す
マーケティングやProfessional Educationなど本社とも連携し、KOL・プロクターとの関係構築、新規KOL育成、臨床価値発信を支援する
症例立会い、同行、OJT、高度支援症例のディスカッション等を通じて、TM・新人の臨床判断力および説明力向上を支援する
応募要件（必須）
看護師・臨床工学技士・臨床検査技師・放射線技師として手術室等で循環器領域の治療に携わった経験5年前後、もしくはクリニカルスペシャリストとしての経験5年程度
普通自動車免許
将来的な全国転勤に対応できる
宿泊出張や土日祝日の移動、学会・トレーニングによる休日出勤に対応できる
