Account Executive

London +1 · On-site$120k – $160k + EquityNo Visa Sponsorship

About this role

We are looking for an Account Executive with 4+ years of enterprise closing experience to be one of the first dedicated sales hires at a Sequoia-backed AI startup solving the biggest bottleneck in enterprise AI adoption. You'll work directly with leadership to build and close a pipeline of enterprise accounts, selling paid pilots and production licenses to CTOs, CIOs, and Chief AI Officers. This is a founding AE role where you write the playbook — not follow one. You need to be a hunter who generates pipeline, handles complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and is fluent enough in AI to earn credibility with technical buyers. If you want to define a category and be in the cockpit of a rocket ship, not riding along 10 rounds later, this is your opportunity.

What will you be doing?

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through pilot close and production license conversion, targeting enterprise accounts with $150-200K+ ACVs

Run consultative discovery and demos with CTO/CIO-level buyers, positioning Edra's AI agents as the knowledge and context layer for enterprise AI deployments

Scope and sell paid pilots ($10K, 4-week engagements) that convert into six-figure production contracts, then drive expansion into additional teams and use cases

Generate your own pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, investor introductions, phone calls, and your network — working alongside a new GTM ops person building the outbound infrastructure

Help build the foundations of the sales motion: refine messaging, document what works, and create repeatable processes as the team scales
