The Big Picture

As a Warehouse Generalist for BerryDirect, an Edible Brands company, you'll play an essential role in keeping our warehouse operations running efficiently and ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time. This hands-on role supports every stage of the distribution process—from receiving and inventory management to picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a clean, organized, and high-performing operation. Location: This position will work onsite out of our Warehouse in Conyers, GA, Monday – Friday.

What that looks like day to day:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory while reporting any quality concerns or discrepancies. 
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. 
  • Process Amazon and other third-party marketplace orders according to established procedures and service standards. 
  • Replenish warehouse inventory, restock shelving and cold storage areas, and repackage slow-moving products as needed. 
  • Offload inbound deliveries, palletize products, and properly label new inventory for storage. 
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. 
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling, organization, and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices. 
  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 
  • Support other warehouse and distribution activities as business needs evolve.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required. 
  • 2+ years Experience operating both sit-down and reach forklifts; forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification. 
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. 
  • Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in varying warehouse environments, including refrigerated storage areas.
