The Big Picture:  

As a Director of Franchise Operations at Edible Brands, you will act as a coach, consultant, and trusted business partner to franchisees, empowering them to achieve exceptional results in sales, profitability, and operational excellence. By building strong relationships and providing expert guidance, you will drive the success of franchise locations within your region, ensuring they deliver unparalleled customer experiences and uphold Edible’s high standards of quality and service. 

 

Location: This position may work remotely from within your region, when not traveling the required 50-75% of the time.  

 

What This Looks Like Day to Day: 

  • Build strong relationships with franchisees, providing coaching, consultation, and actionable feedback to help them drive store sales & profitability 
  • Conduct business reviews to analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans tailored to individual franchisee needs
  • Collaborate with franchisees to drive store-level profitability through operational efficiency, superior guest service, and effective sales and store-level marketing strategies
  • Ensure the successful implementation of company initiatives, including compliance with operational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Guide underperforming locations by assessing challenges and partnering with franchisees to develop corrective action plans that address sales, customer experience, and operational gaps
  • Support new store openings& transfers by coordinating pre- and post-launch activities with franchisees and corporate operations teams to ensure readiness and success
  • Share best practices across the regional franchise network, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Advise multi-unit franchisees on operational infrastructure and support systems needed to scale effectively
  • Partner with Corporate cross-functional teams, including field marketing, to develop localized strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Regularly report on regional trends and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

 

What You Bring:  

  • 6+ years of experience in franchise operations regional management
  • Experience leading & influencing a direct, and in-direct high performing team 
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets, operational excellence, and driving results in a franchise or multi-unit environment
  • Experience analyzing P&L statements, identifying areas of financial opportunity, and providing strategic guidance to enhance profitability and overall business success
  • Ability to travel within the designated region as required
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools

  • No matter the audience, you can speak and write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles and can get messages across that have the desired effect. Having the ability to convey information to others so that messages are understood, and outcomes delivered
