A senior content account executive specializing in content must have high-level capability for writing and developing native ENG short and long-form multiformat content for multiple channels/media. He/she must combine this with comprehensive level of understanding of the accounts s/he works on – their business, products, markets, personnel, outside influencers, etc. – and succinctly convey this knowledge to the media and client team members. S/he must also have a solid grasp of all traditional public relations tools, and be able to recommend a variety of strategies and tactics to his/her clients. S/he must be able to work effectively and provide sound counsel with lower levels of client contacts.


Responsibilities

  • Account/Client Management: Demonstrate understanding of key client information, fostering good client communication with an outgoing and flexible approach
  • Content: Understands trends in supported industries; excels in crafting press releases, media bylines, blog/opinion articles, research reports, social media posts, video/visual content outlines, media briefing books, internal newsletters, etc.
  • Media Engagement: Manages daily media needs, e.g., mass distributions, product seeding, event RSVP, etc.; pitches and oversees media interviews
  • Planning: Assists with retainer and project planning
  • Event: Coordinates client events, including logistics arrangement, onsite support, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Relevant 3-5 in journalism, content, research or public relations, experience in managing and executing editorial/content/ PR and marketing communications projects and campaigns;
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Good anti-pressure ability: accept reasonable OT;
  • Team player and high English language skillset, Chinese is a bonus
