Morning Shift Availability - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday : 6:00a - 12:00p
Weekend Shift Availability - Saturday or Sunday : 6:00a - 10:00p (can accomodate varrying availbility- i.e. 6, 8. 10 or 12 hour shifts)
Weekend Shift Differential - $2.50/hour weekend days
Weekday Night Shift Differential - $4.00
Weekend Night Shift Differential - $6.00/hour

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Program Techs or Therapists to help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals healing from eating disorders across our Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient programs.
As a key member of our treatment team, you will support patients through meals, groups, daily programming, and therapeutic engagement while helping foster a community of connection, accountability, and hope. Summary of Major Functions
Provide and maintain structure for Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program and Transitional Intensive Outpatient Program. Services include conducting groups, facilitating meals and meal processing, documentation, and encouraging a therapeutic milieu.
Milieu Staff Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge of and practice of effective counseling skills.
Facilitates meals with patients in a fashion consistent with current policies and procedures; eats and models appropriate eating behaviors during assigned mealtimes with patients.
Contributes clinical information and observations about patients in weekly staffing.
Facilitates integration of new patients into the program by demonstrating knowledge of all aspects of the clinical program.
Thoroughly integrate new patients into the program via orientation, demonstrating knowledge of all aspects of the clinical program, when needed.
Demonstrates ability to build therapeutic rapport.
Facilitates groups as approved and supervised, demonstrating ability to engage, set limits and monitor the group process, when/if deemed competent.
Is creative in therapeutic interventions to maintain a safe, supportive, clinically sound milieu.
Is present and available for patient requests and needs; provides outreach to patients when necessary.
Maintains daily program structure.
Timely completion and accuracy of clinical paperwork: progress notes, group notes etc.
Ensures completion of daily attendance sheet for billing purposes.
Takes responsibility for opening and/or closing the facility.
Transport patients to and from programming and on outings when needed, via 15 passenger van.
Other job duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Environment
Physical demands of this job include but are NOT limited to:
Sitting frequently, standing occasionally, walking occasionally, talking occasionally, hearing constantly, seeing constantly, reaching with arms and hands occasionally, crouching occasionally and using fingers intricately. This position requires lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Environmental conditions of this job include but are NOT limited to:
95% inside, 99% normal temperature and 99% normal noise as expected in a medical office environment.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field required.
CPR within 90 days of hire required.
Valid Driver’s License with no major violations in the last 5 years.
Emotional Focused Therapy (EFFT) training preferred.
Minimum of six months experience working in therapeutic milieu preferred.
Clinical conceptualization of the treatment of eating disorders and dual diagnosis preferred.
Computer Skills
Must be able to effectively maneuver within an office scheduling system.
Minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within an electronic medical records system.
