Techniker / Elektroniker (m/w/d) Schaltschrankbau & Prüfanlagen
About this role
Daran werden Sie wachsen:
- Elektrischer Aufbau, Installation und Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken nach Schaltplänen und technischen Vorgaben
- Feldverdrahtung von Prüfanlagen, Sensorik, Aktorik und Messsystemen
- Unterstützung bei der elektrischen Inbetriebnahme sowie Durchführung von Funktions- und Systemtests
- Analyse, Diagnose und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen – sowohl intern als auch beim Kunden vor Ort
- Kalibrierung und Validierung von Prüfanlagen inklusive technischer Dokumentation
- Durchführung von Umbauten, Erweiterungen und Modernisierungen bestehender Anlagen
- Montage-, Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätze im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Konstruktion, Softwareentwicklung und Projektmanagement zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im elektrischen Aufbau von Maschinen, Anlagen oder Prüfsystemen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schaltschrankbau, in der Feldverdrahtung sowie im Lesen und Verstehen von Stromlauf- und Schaltplänen
- Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Störungsanalyse von automatisierten Anlagen
- Kenntnisse in der Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SPS-Steuerungen, z. B. Siemens S7/TIA Portal oder Beckhoff TwinCAT
- Sicherer Umgang mit elektrischen Prüf- und Messgeräten
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen bis regelmäßigen weltweiten Dienstreisen
