DESCRIPTION
- Document management, project tracking, information consolidation, and monitoring of actions implemented by suppliers.
- Preparation of executive reports.
- Ensuring the availability of reliable and timely information for decision-making and the achievement of project objectives.
- Monitoring compliance with deliverables, activities, and deadlines for assigned projects.
- Consolidate, validate, and update information from suppliers and internal departments to prepare progress reports.
- Provide documentation support during meetings by recording agreements, commitments, risks, and deviations.
- Prepare meeting minutes, executive reports, and follow-up presentations to communicate project results and status.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, indicators, control tools, and other corporate applications.
- Conduct follow-up visits to suppliers to verify the implementation of actions previously defined by Supplier Quality specialists.
- Collect and document objective evidence related to the progress and compliance of supplier actions.
- Identify, record, and promptly report deviations, non-compliance, or risks detected during follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Quality and Purchasing department, contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring, document control, and information management processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- At least 6 months of experience in supplier quality
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Knowledge of process/product audits
- Basic knowledge of Core Tools (especially APQP and PPAP)
- Fluent English
- 1 year contract
