Daran werden Sie wachsen:

Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Durchführung von Testing-Projekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg – von der strategischen Planung über die operative Steuerung bis zur Umsetzung und zum abschließenden Reporting

Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partnern, um reibungslose Abläufe und effiziente Schnittstellen sicherzustellen

Verantwortung für Termine, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
-
Erstellung detaillierter Projektpläne, regelmäßiger Statusberichte sowie umfassender Projektdokumentationen zur transparenten internen und externen Kommunikation

Frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Minimierung von Projektabweichungen

Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit dem Fachbereichsverantwortlichen bzw. Teamleiter, inklusive Sicherstellung einer klaren Entscheidungs- und Informationsgrundlage

Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios zur nachhaltigen Optimierung und Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit

Definition und Strukturierung von Arbeitspaketen, einschließlich Budgetplanung für interne Leistungen sowie externe Vergaben
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Projektarbeit innerhalb eines technisch geprägten Umfelds

Fundierte Erfahrung in Prüf- bzw. Testlaboren, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Kühlkreislaufkomponenten und/oder HV-Energiesysteme

Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Planungskompetenz sowie ein strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen

Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Schnittstellen

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
