Aufbau, Steuerung und fachliche Führung lokaler Engineering‑Teams am Standort Pune (Indien)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen Fachbereichen in gemeinsamen Entwicklungs‑ und Testprojekten

Mitarbeit in internationalen Kundenprojekten mit OEMs im Umfeld Elektrik/Elektronik (E/E)

Unterstützung beim Kompetenzaufbau sowie bei der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Indien

Koordination von Arbeitspaketen, Reporting sowie Abstimmung mit internationalen Stakeholdern

Mitarbeit in der Funktionsentwicklung oder im Softwaretest – abhängig von Schwerpunkt und Erfahrung
- Ausführung der Tätigkeit erfolgt dauerhaft vor Ort in Pune
Damit bringen Sie uns voran

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder vergleichbar)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Automotive‑Umfeld

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Funktionsentwicklung oder im Softwaretesting

Erfahrung in Kundenprojekten sowie im direkten Austausch mit deutschen OEMs
-
Fähigkeit, internationale Teams zu koordinieren und Wissen gezielt weiterzugeben
-
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
