Senior Bid- und Tendermanager Public Sector (m/w/d)
About this role
Daran werden Sie wachsen:
- Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Ausschreibungen (VgV, UVgO, EU-Verfahren)
- Entwicklung der Angebotsstrategie gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Fachbereichen
- Steuerung des gesamten Angebotsprozesses – von der Entscheidung bis zur Abgabe
- Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung der Angebotsunterlagen
- Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, u. a. im Rahmen von Bieterfragen, sowie Koordination aller beteiligten internen Bereiche
- Organisation und Priorisierung der laufenden Themen im Bid-Team
- Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung von Kollegen
- Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Vorlagen und Prozessen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Team, Vertrieb und Management
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bid Management, idealerweise im Public Sector
- Gute Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht (VgV, UVgO, EU-Ausschreibungen)
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung größerer Ausschreibungen
- Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Erste Erfahrung in der Koordination von Teams oder Projekten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
