About this role
Daran werden Sie wachsen:
- Anwendungsübergreifende Beratung und regelmäßiger Austausch mit unseren EDAG-Fachbereichen als SAP Inhouse Consultant SD
- Koordination, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen Vertrieb, Kundenservice, Logistik und Auftragsabwicklung
- Weiterentwicklung der aktuellen SAP SD Applikationen innerhalb unserer SAP S/4HANA Landschaft im Einklang mit der übergreifenden IT-Architektur
- Analyse, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Vertriebs- und Kundenserviceprozessen entlang der Order-to-Cash-Prozesskette
- Customizing im SAP SD Umfeld sowie Umsetzung von Change Requests und Erweiterungen
- Support und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der produktiven SAP-Lösungen auf Basis etablierter IT-Service-Management-Prozesse
- Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen, Workshops und fachbereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungen
- Leitung und Steuerung nationaler sowie internationaler SAP SD Projekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Konzeption und Implementierung bis hin zum Go-Live und Hypercare-Support
- Übernahme einer zentralen Rolle in nationalen und internationalen SAP-Projekten, Implementierungen sowie Test- und Abnahmebegleitungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden SAP-Modulen wie MM, FI und CRM zur Sicherstellung integrierter End-to-End-Prozesse
- Steuerung, Koordination und fachliche Begleitung externer Dienstleister und Implementierungspartner
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung und Expertenwissen im SAP SD Umfeld, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse angrenzender Module
- Erfahrung im Customizing von SAP SD sowie im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Vertriebs-, Auftragsabwicklungs- und Kundenserviceprozessen - Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte lösungsorientierte, analytische, konzeptionelle sowie prozess- und zielorientierte Fähigkeiten - Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis im betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung von SAP-Projekten und im Umgang mit externen Partnern von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
