DESCRIPTION
  • Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities​
  • Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.​
  • Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect​
  • Gather data through of statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.​
  • Implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified​
  • Create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions​
  • Execute actions for problem solving through of different tools and deploy effective corrective actions​
  • Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets​
  • Identify and analyze root causes in quality issuesCommunicate corrective actions
  • Participate actively in regular meetings​

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related
  • 1 year of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions​
  • Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)​
  • Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management​
  • Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T (is a plus)
  • Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable)​
  • Handling of KPIs and reporting​
  • Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements​
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)​
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)​
  • SAP (desirable)​
  • Fluent English (Conversational level)
