Mitarbeit an Optimierungsaufgaben auf Modul- und Komponentenebene im Fahrzeugentwicklungsumfeld

Unterstützung bei Crash- und Sicherheitsanalysen, einschließlich Fahrzeugstruktur, Insassen- und Fußgängerschutz
-
Anwendung der Finite-Elemente-Methode (FEM) zur Untersuchung von Steifigkeit, Festigkeit und modalen Eigenschaften
-
Einsatz von CFD-Simulationen in den Bereichen Aerodynamik, Innenraumklimatisierung/Defrost sowie Motorraumdurchströmung
Einstieg über ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudierendentätigkeit mit der Option auf eine gemeinsame Abschlussarbeit
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Fahrzeugbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Fahrzeugen und deren technischen Funktionen sowie Freude an mathematisch-physikalischen Fragestellungen

Erste Grundkenntnisse in der FEM und numerischer Simulation

Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung mit CAE-Software wie ANSA, HyperMesh, ANSYS oder vergleichbaren Tools

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie sicherer Umgang mit der englischen Sprache
