About this role
Daran werden Sie wachsen:
- Entwicklung der Hardware neuer Embedded Steuergeräte für industrielle Anwendungen insbesondere für die Automobilindustrie
- Entwicklung von analogen & digitalen Schaltungen für z.B. High Speed Anwendungen oder Leistungselektroniksysteme
- Begleitung der Entwicklungsaktivitäten von der Konzepterstellung über die Entwicklung und Erprobung bis zur Integration in das Gesamtsystem nach IEC61508 und ISO26262
- Erstellung von Test Konzepten, Test Methoden, Test Strategien sowie der Entwurf, und Implementierung, Durchführung und Auswertung generischer Testfälle
- Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Sicherstellung der Funktionalität der zu entwickelnden Hardware.
- Arbeit in einem dynamischen Team und Koordinierung von komplexen Entwicklungsaufgaben mit hohem Abstimmungsaufwand und mehreren Schnittstellen
- Übernahme von Projektleitungsaufgaben für kleinere (Teil-) Projekte und die Möglichkeit sich zur Führungskraft weiterzuentwickeln
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Definition, Auslegung, Entwicklung und technische Projektleitung von Embedded Hardware Systemen
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Projektteams
- Erfahrung in der Systemoptimierung entsprechend den technologischen Einschränkungen unter Berücksichtigung der EMV-Anforderungen, der Serienproduktion, der Qualität und der Zeit
- Kenntnisse im Bereich PCB-Design: Simulation, WCCA, Schaltplan, PCB-Layout, Stückliste und dazugehörige Designarbeiten für Multi-Layer mit digitalen Hochgeschwindigkeits-, hochpräzisen Analog- und Leistungssignalen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Schaltplanerstellung und im Leiterplatten-Layout, vorzugsweise mit Altium Designer, Pulsonix und Mentor Graphics.
- Automotive Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
