IT Projektleiter Smart Factory (m/w/d)
About this role
Daran werden Sie wachsen:
- Leitung und Gestaltung von IT-Projekten im Digitalisierungs- und Softwareentwicklungsumfeld, mit Fokus auf zukunftsorientierte Industrieprojekte (Smart Factory)
- Fachliche und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für die Projektziele und -ergebnisse (Kosten, Qualität und Zeit) in der industriellen IT- und Automatisierungslandschaft
- Eigenverantwortliche, fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung sowie Coaching der Projektmitarbeitenden im agilen Projektgeschäft
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen aus der Industrie, Präsentation der Ergebnisse vor internen und externen Steuerungsgremien sowie technisch kompetente und lösungsorientierte Kundenkommunikation
- Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung und Projektakquise in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung oder eine abgeschlossene informationstechnische Ausbildung
- Langjährige Projekterfahrung, gerne auch in leitender Funktion (z.B. als Projektleiter oder Lead Entwickler) im Bereich Softwareentwicklung oder IT-Operations
- Kenntnisse in Prozess- und Methodenansätzen des agilen Projektmanagements
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, souveränes Auftreten vor Kunden, Organisations- und Koordinationsstärke sowie eine eigenständige und motivierende Arbeitsweise – und vor allem Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
