Catia Design Engineer (Exterior)
About this role
This will help you grow:
- Tool –Catia V5
- Exterior Trims - Front & Rear Bumper, Radiator Grill, Claddings, Wheel Arch Liner
- Should be excellent in Exteriors Product Design & Development.
- Knowledge & Experience in Benchmarking of Exterior systems
- Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts.
- Work on concept feasibility and prepare concept proposals. Conduct Packaging Study.
- Should have experience in DFx (Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability)
- Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD&T, stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable.
This is how you will help us move forward:
- Good Knowledge in CAD.
- Knowledge of Office 365 Apps.
- Good at written and oral communication (English).
- Must have experience in Passenger Vehicles.
- Previous experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
