About this role
Daran werden Sie wachsen:
- Zentrale fachliche Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, dem Entwicklungsteam und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
- Erfassung der technischen Anforderungen und Spezifikationen für zukünftige Lösungen im Automobil und Defence-Projekten
- Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit allen relevanten Schnittstellenpartnern und Erstellen der Anforderungsdokumente
- Gestaltung der Prozesse und Systeme für nachhaltige, intelligente Lösungen sowie Unterstützung des Kunden bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Anforderungsmanagement
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsregeln für die Anforderungen gemäß ASPICE
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, z.B. im Automobil-Umfeld oder Defence-Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Methoden und Tools wie DOORS und CodeBeamer
- Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise und der Fähigkeit komplexe Inhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift entsprechend des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmens für Sprachen
