Responsibilities

  • Assists the Training Manager in preparing, organizing, and providing standard training, specialized training, technical training, or counseling in designated areas
  • Design content for internal communications and initiatives
  • Craft content for audiences including presentations and training documentation in a format consistent with ECS graphics and branding standards and collaborate with the Marketing Team on such standards
  • Provide clerical/administrative support to the training and development function of the organization, including writing correspondence and making copies
  • Coordinate schedules, including the master schedule of training programs and courses maintained, and fixes scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate activities of instructors engaged in training employees or outside clients
  • Prepare schedule for classes, based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Facilitate training calls
  • Proctor internal exams
  • Coordinate training events
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School or GED, BS in related field preferred
  • 2- 4 years (degree can substitute for experience)
