We're looking for a Social Media Specialist Western EU (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible starting date.Core Responsibilities
A Social Media Specialist oversees the complete social media presence of Ecovacs for Western Europe, ensuring consistent communication with target audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Key responsibilities include
- Strategy Development: Creating social media strategies aligned with business goals, defining target audiences, tone, and messaging.
- Content Planning and Creation: Developing content calendars, producing posts, graphics, videos, and other media to engage followers.
- Campaign Management: Planning and executing paid and organic campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Influencer Management: Identify and steer content creation with suitable influencers to create rich content to support brand elevation and community growth.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics or platform insights, and adjusting strategies based on data.
- Community Management: Responding to comments, messages, and feedback, and maintaining positive engagement with followers.
- Crisis Management: Handling negative feedback or online controversies to protect brand reputation.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with marketing, PR, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Your profile
- Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Creativity and Design Sense: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in interpreting social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
- KPI tracking through agency.
- 2 Years working experience in a similar role.
- Education: A degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is advantageous, though practical experience and certifications are often equally valued.
