Your Responsibilities


We're looking for a Marketing Specialist Western Europe(m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible starting date.


As a key player in our marketing efforts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and UK, you'll closely work with the local Marketing Manager and the EMEA Marketing Team on the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special initiatives to promote the company's products and brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating assets, content, graphics, and promotional materials
  • Channel Marketing: Develop tailored marketing assets for e-tail, retail and DIY stores. Plan, negotiate and track directly with partners/retailers marketing activities.
  • Digital Marketing: Help to manage the company's digital presence, including the local transcreations for website, social media, and e-tail customers
  • Collateral Development: Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, as well as product launches
  • Agency Management: Create briefings, ensure a high-quality project management and reporting
  • Scheduling and Organization: Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules



Your profile

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in collaboration/partner marketing with direct client interaction (minimum 2 years)
  • Communication-oriented collaboration style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Business Fluency in German & English is a must-have. Any other languages are a plus.
