WWT Process Engineer
About this role
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare PFD, P&ID, layout, equipment list, control logic, civil construction drawings and documents relative with technical aspect.
- Provide design calculations, mass balance and documentation support for project work.
- Communicate with client/supplier to make correct design.
- Estimate potential risk of engineering and find good solution.
- Reviewing all applicable job data and generating design, general arrangement and other submittal drawings within estimated hours and timescales.
- Site installation support, Site commissioning support, site survey according to process design.
- Support with each other and good teamwork.
- Other related, not limited to but assigned by supervisor.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical engineering, or associated.
- 5+ years’ experience in wastewater treatment engineering design.
- Familiar with wastewater & reclaim water process and system especially in the TFT, LED/OLED or Semiconductor industry.
- Familiar with pure water and waste water process and system in electronic related industries.
- Familiar with Treatment process of Ammonia, Fluoride, phosphorus, CMP, Org. wastewater.
- Familiar with Biological, Aerobic/Anaerobic and MBR technology.
- Familiar with pure water and waste water equipment and instrument.
- Familiar with mechanical and electrical design.
- Familiar with English, good read, write and able to oral communication in English.
- Familiar with MS office (word, excel, outlook) and AutoCAD.
- Open-mind, desiring to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and positive attitude.
- Able to work on-site and under pressure.
PREFFERED
- Experience in the design of wastewater treatment process in electronic industry for bidding or execution, wastewater treatment plant layout, civil pool structure and condition drawing is preferred.
