About this role
职位概述
协助销售团队完成项目成本核算与投标报价工作。
在成本经理的指导下完成分配的各项工作。
主要职责（包括以下内容）
负责项目成本管理与控制，包括但不限于工程量清单、投标报价、施工过程成本控制、结算及其他相关工作。
协助部门领导分析并优化项目成本，提出合理的成本优化建议。
参与公司成本管理制度的制定与执行，确保制度的合理性与有效性。
负责协调工程成本管理相关的其他事宜，确保项目顺利推进。
根据需要承担其他工作任务。
教育、培训与工作经验
大学本科及以上学历（相关专业），具备至少 3 年水处理行业项目成本估算与投标报价工作经验
具有相关行业三年及以上采购经验者亦可。
熟悉超纯水及废水处理系统的设备构成，以及市场上常用品牌的供应商。
具备扎实的询价与谈判经验，能够有效降低项目成本。
沟通能力
能够有效应对敏感的咨询与投诉。
具备高级英语读、写、口语能力。
能够在技术层面进行口头与书面沟通。
具备良好的沟通与谈判技巧。
独立判断、决策与问题解决
能够运用逻辑思维原则处理各类实际问题。
能够在标准与非标准情境下，综合多种变量做出决策。
其他技能与能力
计算机技能：熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、PDF 及其他 MS Office 办公软件。
数学能力：能够运用与成本估算相关的数学概念，包括百分比、比率、单位换算、涨价系数及基础成本汇总。
出差：在所辖区域内出差。
其他：无。
体能要求
身体健康，具备良好的心理抗压能力。
