Roles and Responsibilities

All prospective candidates are expected to have a team mentality and a goal-oriented approach to work. As a part of the team you are expected to assist and perform the following functions:

• Creating daily reports for various tax forms.

• Assist in validating of US tax forms as per IRS guidelines

• Provide on time delivery of actionable items

• Assist in sending chasers, approval emails as well as other ad-hoc process activities 

• Ensure that the quality of deliverables as well as good communication with the client for process optimization

• Co-ordination with team and efficient handover of action items

• To participate in team huddles, team meetings and be proactive in improving the process. 

We prefer prospective candidates to have a working and academic knowledge of the following concepts:

• FATCA regulations with an emphasis on tax forms

• IRS tax regulations as well as IRS tax forms

• Basic awareness and experience (if available) of tax 1099 and 1042-s reporting’s.

• Basic understanding of ETFP’s with relations to tax forms.

• Experience of working with FENERGO and other tax databases

Qualifications and Education Requirements

We are looking out for both graduates (BCOM, BBA ETC) as well as post graduates (MCOM, MBA)

Preferred Skills and Qualities

• Effective communication skills and inter personal communication skills,

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and fundamental knowledge of other MS Office applications like Word, PPT and Outlook

• Prudence and diligence towards attention of details

• A team oriented mindset with a focus on organizational skills, knowledge sharing and team development. 

• To have a learning mindset and the ability to keep updating your skills with respect to the process.
