Founding Product Marketing Manager
About this role
We are looking for a Founding Product Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of experience to define how Echelon AI tells its product story across every channel. You'll be the first dedicated product marketing hire at a seed-stage company that's gone from zero to $2.2M in revenue in five months, backed by Bain Capital Ventures with Fortune 500 customers already on board. We need someone who can take a deeply technical AI platform and make the value crystal clear to different buyer personas — from ServiceNow analysts to enterprise architects. This is a true zero-to-one role where you'll write the playbook, not inherit one, and have massive leverage to drive growth toward a $10M revenue target and Series A raise.
What will you be doing?
Owning and up-leveling the website, solution pages, and positioning — deciding which customer jobs and solutions to lead with and making the messaging land for different buyer types
Planning and executing event strategy — designing booth activations, field materials, and workshops that translate a complex product into something that catches attention at conferences
Running webinars and content campaigns that reach Fortune 50 practitioners, building on a motion that's already generating strong inbound pipeline
Embedding with sales, delivery, and customers to pick up signals, provide sales support materials, and refine outbound messaging and positioning as the sales team scales
Building an AI-first product marketing function — leveraging agents, Claude, and automation to define what a modern PMM org should look like
