Enterprise Account Executive

San Francisco · Remote$140k – $200k + Equity

About this role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with 4-10 years of experience to own full-cycle sales for our autonomous AI agent platform that's transforming how Fortune 500 companies manage ServiceNow. You'll be joining a fast-growing, pre-Series A team backed by Bain Capital Ventures that's already signed major enterprise logos — and you'll help define how an entirely new category gets sold.

What will you be doing?

Owning the full sales cycle for $100K-$1M+ enterprise deals, from self-sourced pipeline through close and expansion

Generating ~50% of your own pipeline via outbound while leveraging growing BDR and marketing support for the other 50%

Building co-sell motions with ServiceNow AEs, system integrators, and the partner ecosystem

Selling a combination of software and services to IT leaders, CIOs, and platform owners at Fortune 500 companies

Contributing to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market playbook creation in a category with no established rules

Key Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle AE experience closing six- to seven-figure enterprise deals with consistent quota attainment

Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (4-6 month average) selling to IT/platform buyers

Strong outbound muscle — ability to self-source at least 50% of pipeline, not reliant on inbound

Builder mentality — comfortable working 60-70 hour weeks in a startup environment without established playbooks

Ideally some exposure to ServiceNow, ITSM, or enterprise platform software (or comes from a services/SI background with a book of business)
