Requirements
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class C driver’s license (Non-CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 12 months verifiable straight truck driving experience preferred
- Prior temperature-controlled or high-value freight experience strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain cold-chain compliance and accurately manage temperature logs
- Strong time management and on-time delivery performance
- Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR review
- Comfortable with regional routes, including occasional overnight runs
- Physically able to assist with freight handling when required (pallet jack, lift, secure, monitor)
