The Role

We are hiring a Product Support Specialist to join the eBay Live Operations team in Germany.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the intersection of Live Operations and Product. You will support sellers during live events, triage platform issues, and act as a key point of contact between sellers, GCX, Trust, Engineering, and Product teams.

  • Monitor live events to ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance standards

  • Triage technical, policy, and account-related issues and assign clear priority levels

  • Log, document, and track cases with strong attention to detail

  • Partner cross-functionally with Live Ops, Engineering, GCX, Trust & Compliance, and Category teams to drive resolution

  • Support QA validation and reproduce product issues when required

  • Contribute to incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements

  • Track SLAs and support reporting on issue trends and resolution metrics

What You Will Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in product support, operations, customer support, or e-commerce environments

  • Experience working with ticketing systems, dashboards, or live-streaming platforms

  • Strong problem-solving skills and composure in fast-paced, high-visibility situations

  • Structured communicator with strong written and verbal clarity

  • Diligent with sound issue judgment

  • Proficient in German and English (C1/C2 required)

  • Italian or French language a plus
