Project Manager

Mascot · On-site

About this role

Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere. Every day, all around the world, people depend on technology, transportation, energy, and infrastructure to live and work. With rapid growth in electrification, an energy transition driven by climate change and explosive growth in connectivity, we’re well positioned to solve the world’s toughest electrical and mechanical power management challenges.

We're looking for a Project Manager who wants to own outcomes, not just coordinate tasks. This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects with real customer and commercial impact.

If you enjoy leading teams, managing commercial outcomes, and turning complex plans into successful delivery, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

As part of our PMO team, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, and delivery frameworks.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted project partner.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, safety, and delivery objectives.
  • Drive project governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

We're open to candidates from critical power, electrical infrastructure, data centres, utilities, industrial automation, building services, or related industries.

You may be:

  • A Project Manager seeking larger or more complex projects.
  • A Senior Project Engineer ready to step into project leadership.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' project management experience within the electrical industry.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project risk.
  • Strong customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to lead teams and navigate complex project environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Why Eaton?

Join a global leader delivering the most critical infrastructure projects, where you'll lead high-impact programs, influence project outcomes, and grow your career in a business shaping the future of electrification and connectivity.

  • Lead complex, mission-critical projects across data centres, utilities, and industrial environments.
  • Take ownership of projects from planning and delivery through to customer handover.
  • Strengthen your commercial, leadership, and project delivery expertise within a fast-growing market.
  • Competitive salary package, car allowance, and bonus.
  • Global opportunities, local decision-making, and career progression pathways.
