You will:

  • Lead project engineering, planning, and delivery activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review electrical designs, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership, problem-solving, and customer support throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and field specialists to achieve project objectives.

What we're looking for

We're open to candidates from critical power, electrical infrastructure, data centres, utilities, industrial automation, building services, or related industries.

You may be:

  • A Project Engineer looking for greater ownership and visibility.
  • A Site Engineer wanting broader project delivery exposure.

You'll bring:

  • 3+ years' project engineering experience within the electrical industry.
  • Experience delivering electrical infrastructure or related projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • A tertiary qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Why Eaton?

Join a global leader delivering the most critical infrastructure projects, where you'll gain end-to-end project exposure, build highly sought-after technical skills, and grow your career in a business shaping the future of electrification and connectivity.

  • Work on mission-critical infrastructure projects across data centres, utilities, and industrial environments.
  • Own and influence end to end projects delivery.
  • Develop expertise across power systems, project delivery, and customer engagement.
  • Competitive salary package, car allowance, and bonus.
