ROLE PURPOSE:
To drive scalable business growth by playing a critical role in formulating strategic enablement plans, managing the
integrated marketing mix, and facilitating cross-functional execution to maximize sales effectiveness. This role will
collaborate with Intermediaries Sales Partnership and Intermediaries Operations to ensures seamless crossfunctional execution across Sales and Operations partners, enabling scalable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE (Action Focused):
1. STRATEGIC ENABLEMENT (PLANNING & EXECUTION): Lead the planning and execution of an ‘integrated
marketing mix’ through collaboration with Intermediaries’ Sales to enhance understanding of commercial
needs and fulfill the Intermediaries business growth objectives.
2. SALES ENABLEMENT & TOOL MANAGEMENT: Collaborate and manage sales tools and the sales plan. Function
as a key centralized hub to develop and manage improvements for Intermediaries’ service delivery, training
the Sales team where necessary, ensuring efficiency across all internal and external stakeholder interactions.
3. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT: Manage the Sales Pipeline with Intermediaries
Sales and Partnership team as well as related cross functions to ensure Sales drives AUM according to plan and
target. Provide specific presentations where necessary. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through
intermediaries and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
4. MARKET INTELLIGENCE & COMPETITIVE STRATEGY: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings,
industry competitors and industry developments. Develop marketing strategy and manage end-to-end on local
and regional levels for competing markets and drive sales efficiently. This includes conducting Market Research
to understand market data, find out customer data, and identify obstacles to Sales success by leveraging
insights to drive data-led decisions and enhance marketing.
5. PROCESS & MARKETING IMPROVEMENT: Collaborate with related teams to digest feedback and drive process
and marketing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and partner services level, ensuring
competitiveness to the market industry.
6. STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE, RISK FACILITATION & MARKET DEVELOPMENT: Lead the centralized
Intermediaries Business risk monitoring function, specifically overseeing Intermediary ‘due diligence’, Fund
RFP preparation, sales forecast oversight, and performance monitoring. Provide recommendations for
improvement through collaboration with Team Head and stakeholders related to define and implement short
and mid-term sales strategies.
7. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Drive efficiency improvements (Project management) and collaborate with
stakeholders to digest feedback, enhancing efficiency and service quality relative to the market.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) OF THE ROLE:
1. SALES EFFECTIVENESS RATE (Co-KPI): Utilization rate of the integrated marketing mix, standardized Sales
Tools, and Sales Plan, measured against subsequent AUM growth targets achieved by the Sales Team.
2. COMPLIANCE WORKING CULTURE/ GOVERNANCE QUALITY: Accuracy and timeliness of due diligence, RFP
preparation, and sales performance monitoring outputs.
3. MARKET DEVELOPMENT & ENGAGEMENT INDEX: Success in identifying and securing new market
size/channels (proactive market opening) and the execution rate of mid-term engagement plans.
4. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT: Successful completion and positive impact of Project
Management (Key Action) initiatives aimed at enhancing communication efficiency and seamless operational
services.
