At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Multi-Systemic Therapist to serve Raleigh and surrounding counties.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an MST Therapist, you will provide in-home, evidence-based therapy designed to empower youth to thrive and strengthen family systems. You will conduct MST assessments by reviewing referrals and engaging key participants, then partner closely with caregivers to address barriers and drive meaningful change. Using the MST Analytic Process, you will develop treatment plans, deliver targeted interventions, collaborate with schools, court systems, and community partners, and maintain documentation aligned with MST standards. This role includes travel within Wake County and surrounding areas.

Position includes non‑traditional hours, allowing clinicians to create and manage their own schedules

  • Competitive Hourly Pay – $22.00 - $26.00

What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in community and office-based settings, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, and demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to connect families to community resources.:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience working in family and/or youth services will also be considered.
  • Experience with direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural, strategic and functional) family therapies
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
