About the Role
Are you interested in a career in finance, with the benefits of flexible working. We are looking to recruit 2 Finance Support Assistants. A full-time post within the Corporate & Technical Accounting team (CTF), and a part time post within the Financial Analysis & Information team (FAIT). Please specify, in your application, if you wish to be considered for a part time role. Responsibilities include: resolution of finance queries; maintaining financial data, systems, and processes; to retrieve, analyse and provide financial information.
About You
To apply for this post, you must be able to evidence in your application how you meet the following criteria:
- NVQ level 2 qualification in a relevant area e.g. Finance or Business Administration or similar appropriate equivalent demonstrable experience identified within the section below.
- Communicate clearly and confidently and deal with customer queries in a professional manner.
- Competently use Microsoft Office Software
- Manage your time effectively to ensure that tasks are completed within set deadlines, being flexible as required. Gather information to understand and respond to what internal/external stakeholders need and expect.
- Work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Develop good and appropriate relationships with all partners. Understand the importance of confidentiality and accurate informations/data management
