About the Role:
Join East Coast Lumber & Building Supply Co as a Contractors Counter Associate, where you'll be the friendly face that supports our valued contractor customers. This role offers a dynamic work environment that combines customer service with industry expertise in building supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist contractors with product inquiries and order processing at the counter.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on building materials and tools.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Handle returns and exchanges while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
