POSITION SUMMARY
The Dishwasher will have daily duties and responsibilities essential to keeping the restaurants working at an optimal pace.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses
Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use
Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use
Assemble food for patrons
Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash
Keep cupboards, shelves and storage area clean and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Exceptional knowledge of restaurant health and safety protocol
Excellent problem-solving skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires moving glassware and other heavy items regularly. The Dishwasher works in a demanding environment with multiple interruptions. The position requires standing for extended periods. The Dishwasher works in all properties owned by Sea Trail Golf Resort. Job duties may require daily travel between locations on the property. During busy events, they are under pressure to perform quickly and efficiently. Hours may include late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
