Dynamic Transportation and Logistics is a Delivery Company known for its exceptional delivery performance operating out of the Delivery Warehouse located at 9155 Derrington Road. As a Delivery Associate with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive their orders on time and safely according to company standards.

At Dynamic Transportation and Logistics LLC, your role as a Delivery Associate will be to deliver packages every day safely while providing an excellent customer service experience. You'll make these deliveries while in the comfort of the safe Rivian Electric Delivery Vehicles and Ford Transit pickups and Ford Step vans and cargo vans.

Job Details: This is an active delivery position that involves loading and delivering packages, entering and exiting a delivery vehicle throughout the shift, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Delivery Associates will deliver between 200-250 packages a day on average. Delivery Associates should be able to manage their time well, while delivering SAFELY!

Work requirements:

21 years old

Valid driver's license within the state of employment

Completion of applicable background pre-employment screening, as permitted by law 

Verification of motor vehicle registrations

Five-panel drug test

Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Excellent communication skills

Customer-oriented service

Excellent skills of managing your time.

Be flexible and able to work on weekends when scheduled (Saturday and Sunday)

Load delivery vans accurately and safely

Ability to safely handle packages weighing up to 70 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Operate a large cargo van

No CDL required

No experience is required, but we are willing to train
