Position Summary: We are currently looking for DeHavilland DHC8 Traveling A&P Mechanics to support our reconnaissance mission in multiple locations on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft, assuring aircraft is available for customer flight missions on an on-going basis
- Maintain company aircraft and equipment to the highest standard
- Responsible for booking own travel and lodging details and providing travel paperwork and receipts to complete expense reports
- Responsible for communicating aircraft status, changing location, monthly inventory, and AOG situations to Maintenance Control and the direct supervisor
- Closely work with customers on tasks as requested by management and assist pilots with aircraft servicing pre/post flights
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- FAA A&P certificate
- 3-5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Ability to travel away from home location for approximately 60 days on a rotational basis based on customer needs (longer if needed)
- Ability to travel and make travel arrangements on short term notice for movement from one location to another
- Ability to work a schedule that varies (including weekends and holidays) depending on the flight schedule
- Computer skills including email and submission of detailed maintenance records
- Strong customer service skills
- Good teamwork, strong initiative, communication, problem solving, highly resourceful, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- US Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
- DOD Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of DeHavilland DHC8 maintenance experience
- Previous OCONUS experience

- Ability to travel as required
- Relocation not required
- Ability to: lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, and predominantly work in enclosed hangars, occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heights
